Policies


Each product is made from natural woods and will be uniquely different based off of knots, grain and discoloration. All of these characteristics are what gives our items their unique, one-of-a-kind, handcrafted look. Photos of items are examples of that product and may not be the exact one received, if more than one of that particular item was for sale.
If you have any questions about any of our products, or wanted to purchase an item that was either a lower stock number than what was wanted or the product you are interested is out of stock please reach out to us and we will get back to you within 24 business hours.
Returns &
Refunds
Refunds are accepted within 2 days. Once we receive the returned item(s), undamaged, we will refund the cost of the item(s) only, not the shipping. If the product was being returned NOT due to damage/quality issues, it must be unused.
Used products, such as, but not limited to, Knives, that don't have damage/quality issues are not eligible for returns.
Keep in mind these are handmade items and will not be perfect. If you are truly unsatisfied with the product due to workmanship, please contact our shop at woodnthingsco@yahoo.com and we will respond back to you within 24 business hours. Please include photos of items you may have issues with as well as the shipping box it came in.

Shipping
Your order will be shipped within 5 business days from date of purchase. Orders normally will ship out on Tuesdays and Saturdays as that is our main postal pickup/drop off days.
Once shipped you should normally receive your order within 3-5 days if not sooner.
